Job Description


As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be a core technical contributor on the ML/CV team with deep expertise in building and deploying scalable machine learning algorithms. You will work closely with our research and product teams to develop powerful computer vision and machine learning technologies for solving challenges that can impact millions of people.

The ML/CV team works on a broad range of 3D computer vision challenges and seeks to innovate in activity recognition, gesture recognition, people detection, people tracking, object recognition, SLAM, and semantic understanding.

  • Researching and developing computer vision and machine learning technologies to advance the state-of-the-art in machine perception, mapping, object detection and recognition.
  • Building and improving the accuracy of ML / CV models, including retraining and optimizing neural networks to solve a wide variety of open-world problems.
  • Benchmark performance across large-scale 2D and 3D datasets.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of Machine Learning or Computer Vision experience.
  • MsC or PhD degree in the fields of computer vision or signal processing.
  • Expertise designing DNNs and CVs algorithms with a broad understanding of DL methods and literature.
  • Strong theoretical grounding in core machine learning concepts (both classical methods and deep learning approaches).
  • Solid software engineering skills across multiple languages including C++ and Python.
  • Good hands-on experience with OpenCV and Pytorch.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
