Job Description

Are you a deep learning expert with strong computer vision skills? We have a broad agenda for deep learning, including semantic labeling and segmentation, 3D object classification and pose estimation,
depth from RGB, estimation of unseen 3D surfaces, texture/depth in-filling, keypoint matching, and dense stereo. We're also working closely with some of the leading academic research labs in the country.

Stereolabs is seeking individuals passionate in deep learning applied to computer vision. At Stereolabs you will have the opportunity to make core algorithmic advances benefiting thousands of users around the world.

Responsibilites include:

  • Perform algorithms evaluations and compare with the state-of-the-art (possibly reimplementing some of those)
  • Implement tools to evaluate CV/ML pipelines
  • Work cross-functionally to solve problems outside of your normal scope
  • Communicate research progress and document results

Preferred Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience
  • MSc degree in computer science, computer vision or related fields
  • Strong Python skills
  • Understanding of applied mathematics and numerical optimization
  • Comfortable reading research papers and experimenting with their content
  • Familiarity with Python CV/ML tools; OpenCV, Sklearn, Numpy, and at least one deep learning package (Tensorflow/Torch/Keras)
  • Disciplined self-starter, able to be highly productive both working alone and within an agile development team
